  • Booking: Bookings can be made via phone, or in person at our agency. A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and acceptance of these Terms.
  • Payment: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Full payment is typically due 14 days prior to departure, unless otherwise specified.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings. Prices may vary based on factors such as travel dates, destination, and availability.

3. Travel Documents

  • Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates. We can provide guidance on these requirements, but it is your ultimate responsibility to obtain them.
  • Delivery: Travel documents will be sent to you electronically or by mail, as agreed upon during booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation by You: If you cancel your booking, cancellation fees may apply, as outlined in our cancellation policy. These fees vary depending on the time of cancellation and the specific services booked.
  • Cancellation by Us: In rare cases, we may need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such events, we will offer you alternative travel arrangements or a full refund.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.

5. Travel Insurance

  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost baggage.
  • Responsibility: While we can assist with arranging travel insurance, it is your responsibility to ensure the coverage meets your needs.

6. Liability

  • Our Services: We act as an agent for various travel service providers, such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Our liability is limited to the arrangement of these services.
  • Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Any claims or complaints should be directed to the relevant provider.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any disruptions to your travel plans caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.

7. Complaints

  • Procedure: If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate your complaint and endeavor to resolve it promptly.
  • Resolution: If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to a relevant consumer protection agency.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
